Lenovo Launches New Partner Program Infrastructure
The business requirement focussed on replacing the legacy IBM solution globally within a short timeframe whilst retaining all of the business functionality of the original IBM Partner Profiling System. The project saw Lenovo seek to deliver a comprehensive eMarketing program for partner communications, manage security to external portal information, enable partners to self-manage themselves in terms of employee registration and encourage them to participate in training to increase their relationship strength with Lenovo. Along with channel partner, Harte-Hanks, Foundation Network have created a solution to enable the management of the over 65,000 business partners and 240,000 individuals within RelayWare, with the solution being available in 12 languages including Japanese and Korean. The application is being continually enhanced to support new business requirements on a global basis for the partner community to enable more frequent communication, greater understanding geographically of the partners and decrease the cost of ownership of individual business partners through self administration. |
